Solidarity in Sitges: CF Blanca Subur and the Colla de Gigantes Unite for DANA
The CF Blanca Subur Football School and the Colla de Gigantes de Sitges have launched a solidarity campaign to help those affected by DANA. During the last weekend, both entities organized a collection of essential products, including non-perishable food, clothing and hygiene items.
The members of CF Blanca Subur, along with the giants, mobilized throughout the town, encouraging the community to contribute with donations. The response was overwhelming, with numerous residents participating in this noble cause.
Once the collection was completed, volunteers took the collected products to the most affected areas, where they were distributed among families in need. This collaboration not only demonstrates the supportive spirit of Sitges, but also highlights the importance of the community in times of crisis, showing that challenges can be overcome together.
